The work you share
You want one coin that shows your group and the partners you worked with. International challenge coins answer that with crossed flags and a motto in the host country’s language, so both countries have a place on it. A coin cut to a country’s outline names the host in its shape before anyone turns it over.
You hand international challenge coins over at the end of a visit, after an exercise, when a counterpart rotates home, and at a fellowship’s close. People keep the coin because a thank you needs no translation, and they read the post name and the year on the face.

Everyone
gets a coin
You order one of these for each person who took part, from all the nations in the exercise or the partnership. When the exercise ends, you give a coin to everyone there, and they leave with the partnership in hand.
A leader's
thanks
If you lead a multinational headquarters, this is the coin you offer with thanks to the people who served there with you. Staff who finish their tour take that coin along, and it marks the work they gave the headquarters.
Overseas
responders
Firefighters and search and rescue teams that deploy abroad spend the job beside people from other countries. You trade coins with whoever worked the same ground, and you each place the coin you received in the display case at your own station.

We've got answers
If you are ordering for a group that spans countries, these are the questions people ask.
Shipping to an address outside the US costs extra, and your sales rep quotes the freight before you place the order. Your order ships free to any physical address in all 50 US states.
The person who receives the coins abroad pays any customs fees, and the VAT or GST, when the package arrives. If someone else will accept the box, tell them about the fees before the package ships.
Start with your sales rep if the coins are going to an APO, FPO or DPO address. Write down every line of the address before you ask your sales rep.
A coin can carry text in more than one language, such as a motto in the host country’s language beside English. On the free proof, our US-based design team lays out the text in both languages for you to review.
The minimum order is 50 coins. Most groups order 100. Count the people who should receive a coin, including anyone you expect to join the group later, and set the order at 50 or more.
We keep a coin’s mold on file for 3 years from the most recent order. You pay no new mold fee on a reorder of the same design during those years, and each reorder starts the 3 years over.
Production runs 3-4 weeks from proof approval. When the coins have to be there for a visit or a handover, give your sales rep the date at the start. The rep confirms the timeline before you approve the proof.
