Yes. We accept purchase orders and NET30 terms from government entities, provided the PO is issued on official letterhead, signed, dated, and states NET30 terms matching the full order total.
Yes. Send us your agency’s official seal artwork (vector file preferred) and our designers will reproduce it precisely on your coin proof — we won’t approximate or simplify without your sign-off.
The minimum order is 50 coins. Most agencies order 100, since the per-unit price drop at that quantity is significant — typically only ~20% more total cost than 50.
Standard production is 3-4 weeks from when the order is paid, or from when a purchase order is accepted. Rush options are available if you’re working against an event or ceremony date. Let your sales rep know your deadline up front so we can confirm turnaround before you approve the design.
Yes — we keep your coin’s mold on file for 3 years. Any department can reorder the same design in that window without paying a new mold fee, and the 3-year clock resets with each reorder.
