I had an extensive order, 15 different designs in total and he was very patient with our team and all of the revisions that were requested. Each time I reached out, I was immediately responded to. I would have thought a project of this magnitude would have taken months. It took Sebastian and his team only days. Good company with quick response time
The team did an excellent job with super quick response time with corrections once I received a proof and discussion began. However, their initial email with proof was not received (unsure why the first proof did not make it to me) and despite a desire to have in hand by a specific day the company did not make an attempt to reach out to me to verify receipt of initial proof. While I am happy with the product, I will not receive it on the date desired as a result of the miscommunication.

I am a Lieutenant at a County Jail. I have used All About Challenge Coins to help get my Sheriff's Office their first ever Jail Challenge Coin. After seeing how easy it was to do, I decided to get my shift a more personal coin out paid out of my own pocket. The price was reasonable even at a personal level like what I was getting for my shift. I created and ordered for the first time my company challenge coin, immediately after creating my first product Mr. Spencer Davis contacted me for a follow-up and asked if his team could assist in any way and answered all my questions, as I am new to creating challenge coins. His professionalism, patience, and customer service was incredible and left a lasting impression. Mr. Spencer Davis was instrumental in helping me shape my vision of the coin. My vision changed three times over the course of a week and each time I submitted revisions the company immediately got back to me with a new proof within minutes of my submission. Each revision was followed up by an email from Mr. Davis. The responsiveness and care for the customer from the company is unmatched!
