Bad PRODUCT OF CHINA enough said
This is a company where I paid money to receive a product of a promised quality. The first order arrived incomplete and did not meet the promise. After complaining, they completed the reorder and I added a couple of changes, which necessitated additional funds. Apart from keeping an incomplete product which I cannot do anything with, there was no real compensation for the loss of time and original product. I would not recommend this company.Ordering from this company was essentially paying a middleman to give me a product from china.

Great to do business with. I ordered 2 different challenge coins. The team of individuals did a great job in communicating with me on changes/updates and provide a draft of what I was requesting. Another vendor I asked to put together a draft for me requested that I pay up front. Obviously, I didn't move forward with them. I wasn't going to pay for something without seeing a draft to see if it's what I wanted. Cost was very reasonable too. I defiantly recommend All About Challenge Coins.

5/5 experience except the delays. It took just over a month for the company to email me my first design proof and now it’ll be another month to create and ship the coins. Responsiveness is great, and they were very quick to get back with me on the changes I wanted to see with the original design. Prices seem fair. I think they’re swamped with customers.
