Why Buy American-Made?

Support Domestic Manufacturing

Our customer service, design, logistics, and manufacturing team are all housed in the same building right here in the USA! Buying American-made coins provides jobs and helps our American operations grow!

Faster Production Times

Our die struck coins are ready to ship in 7-10 days (weeks faster than coins made overseas), and our simulated enamel coins take 3-5 days.

Boost Local Economy

The orders going through our production facility create a ripple effect throughout the local community by keeping money here in the States instead of sending it overseas!

Meet Government Procurement Standards

It's an honor to create custom coins for armed service members and public servants throughout the United States. For most government projects, ordering American-made products is a requirement, so we're happy to provide the highest quality product available here in the States!

Die Struck Challenge Coins Made in America

Die struck coins are stamped using custom dies just like any other traditional challenge coin. An important difference between our coins and coins made overseas is that all the raw materials are sourced ethically using American labor. We offer antique brass and antique silver plating and use a thicker metal than what's used overseas to give our American-made coins a substantial weight.

For production, we start with sheets of raw material, punch out coin blanks, and then use custom-made, heat-treated coin dies to strike your design into each coin. The end results are nothing short of outstanding.

American-Made Coins with Color

We use a high tech color printing process to create coins with color here in the United States. Once your coins are stamped, we send them through a process that layers all the colors of your design directly on the metal surface. While it's not the same as a challenge coin with enamel paint, it mimics the layered texture and appearance of a traditional challenge coin!

American-Made Rush Coins

If you're in a hurry, our American-made coins are your best bet! While die struck coins are ready to ship in 7-10 days (weeks faster than coins made overseas), our simulated enamel coins are ready to ship in as little as 3-5 days!

Simulated enamel coins start as pre-made 1.75” coin blanks finished in antique gold or antique silver. We send those coins through a process that layers all the colors in your design directly to the surface of the coins. It's not a sticker and it's different from regular color printing. The enamel is bonded to the metal and layered to mimic the raised and recessed features of a die struck coin with enamel color fills. A great benefit of this process is the ability to include color gradients and even capture photorealism!
